Tiga produk inovasi dosen THP USK berhasil memenangkan mendali perak pada International Conference Sustainable Agriculture, Food and Energy di Chiang Mai, Thailand pada tanggal 28 - 29 Mei 2023. Produk yang dikompetisikan adalah:
- Avoca Bar, a product made from low calory (tofu dregs) and rich in fiber (Takengon avocado flour) oleh Dr. Asmawati, S.TP., M.Sc.
- Frensgurt: a shake yogurt with local fruits oleh Dr. Dewi Yunita, S.TP., M.Res.
- The power of tempeh mould in the production of biofoam oleh Dr. Dewi Yunita, S.TP., M.Res.
